Events at The St. George Ballrooms require a food and beverage minimum that varies based on the day, season, and size of the event. This minimum is applied toward your catering and bar selections, giving you flexibility to design a menu that fits your celebration. Minimums range from $2,500- $16,000. An 18% service fee and 7% sales tax will be added to the final total. Gratuity is discretionary and customary.

Yes. Many couples choose to host both their ceremony and reception at the venue. The ceremony can take place in a separate room, allowing guests to transition easily into cocktail hour and the reception afterward.

All food and beverage service is provided in-house by Progressive Dining Group, our experienced catering partner. Their team offers customizable menus and beverage packages designed to fit a variety of event styles. Upon request, you are allowed to bring in desserts from a commercial bakery.

Hosts are typically able to begin decorating at 11:00 AM on the day of the event, depending on the availability of the space. All candles must be fully enclosed in glass, and we ask that confetti, glitter, birdseed, or similar materials are not used. Decorations may not be attached to walls or fixtures using nails, glue, tape, or other materials that could cause damage. Basic décor setup assistance may be available from our team. Decorations may be dropped off at the venue during the week of the event, and all personal décor items must be removed at the conclusion of the reception. Vendors such as florists are welcome to return at the end of the event to collect their items.

You are welcome to bring your own photographer, DJ or band, florist, and décor and other vendors. Our team is happy to coordinate with your vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of your event. Please note, all vendors must be insured.

Yes. We encourage prospective clients to schedule a tour to see the spaces in person, discuss event details, and explore available dates.

A signed contract and initial payment of $1,500 is due to reserve your space and date. Final menu selections and 50% of the remaining balance is due 3 months prior Final headcount and balance is due 15 days prior. Inquire below to check availability and reserve.
